A little about us….
Daniel and Ashley are the proud owners of Robson Valley Outfitters and are very eager to be your host while you hunt with us! We are located in the Robson Valley, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains where you will find the animals wild and the mountains breath-taking.
Ashley was born and raised in the Robson Valley. Ashley always had a love for the outdoors and animals. It wasn't until she met Daniel that she grew a passion for hunting. She started out with bow (archery) hunting and quickly fell in love with it. Whether it's hunting elk on the river with Daniel, or chasing whitetails during the rut, this is where you'll find her most fall days. She enjoys cooking and using fresh ingredients. You will find many of the meals incorporate home grown garden veggies, their farm raised meat and of course wild game.
Daniel is no stranger to guiding, hunting, trapping and the outdoors. Daniel grew up on his family farm situated in the middle of this hunting territory, 50 miles from the nearest community of McBride, British Columbia. Daniel learned from a young age the importance of family, nature and the abundant wildlife he shares his backyard with. He grew a great respect and fondness for the outdoors and the animals that call it home. As soon as Daniel was able, he had a gun in his hand and later on in life a bow and arrow. Daniel has spent his whole life alongside his brother learning and honing his hunting, trapping and outdoor skills.

What can I say about Robson Valley Outfitters, AMAZING!!!! My brother and I had the best time of our lives hunting mountain goats. Come prepared to put in the work to get to the goats. We did and it paid off! My brother and I both got billys. Excellent guide services! Dan and Page made sure we had the best time of our lives on the hunt. I expected a little hospitality, but got much more. They treated us like family. Glassing for a few days on top of the mountains with beautiful views is something I will never forget. Page got me within great range of my billy. Then the work started lol. Awesome trip we had and would use them again for sure in the future! Our Guides
Page Norton
Daniel's brother Page is his right hand man and lead guide. Page has been a hunting guide for most of his working life and has run his own outfitting area in the past. He is an integral part of Robson Valley Outfitters, as it is a family operation. Page has a degree in Wildlife Conservation and Enforcement, and spent four years working as a problem wildlife specialist in our neighbouring province of Alberta. He grew up in the same environment as Daniel and your hunting experience with the two brothers will be unparalleled!
“Dream of a Lifetime.”
My 50th birthday present to myself? A mountain goat hunt this year. I chose Robson Valley Outfitters. Outcome was an 8 1/2 year old 9 1/4" billy. Page pulled the brush away from him after a long fall. As I walked up to my goat the feeling of being exhausted turned to the exhilaration of fulfilling a dream of a lifetime. Page and Daniel make dreams come true!

“Met all my Expectations!”
I scheduled a 12 day hunt through the middle of September 2017 with multiple tags. I thoroughly enjoyed the time with Robson Valley Outfitters. We hunted hard for all 12 days and experienced the challenges and beauty that British Columbia offers. Accommodations were excellent and the expertise and work ethic of Page is what you would expect from a top tier guide. He pushed me at the right level, was relentless in trying to get me in position to fill my tags, and was at a high energy level all 12 days. Jim Chuipka
Jim was born and raised in the Robson Valley. His childhood and young adult years were spent hiking, roaming, trapping and hunting all over the local mountains and valley’s. His passion for the outdoors was unmistakably passed down to Ashley and her younger brother Tyler. Jim is a very skilled butcher by trade, so you will be in good hands with all of the work after a successful harvest. With his many years of experience in the wilderness you are sure to hear a story or two while on your guided hunt with Jim.
Scott Keim
Scott is a childhood friend of Ashley’s and also grew up in the Robson Valley. He spends many of his days hunting and fishing. In the off season Scott is a carpenter particularly of fine wood working and guitar making. He enjoys going back to basics, honing his skills with a traditional long bow. This type of hunting requires much patience and extreme quiet and stealth. All attributes you will experience while on your hunt with Scott.
